And because of this mindset and how cool Numis is (combined with our team system), it is the perfect fit for me and many others. People that have never been able to recruit in the past..they are now recruiting. Reason being, our team’s system is literally automatic. You become partners of our marketing platform and funnel, pay to assist in the marketing, and it automatically places people in your organization. Yeah, that’s right. You don’t do a damn thing.

So what does this do?

Well, it gives you success from day one. For the first time in many people’s lives that join our team, they are actually BUILDING a team. Or better put, they are having our system build the team for them.

This is going to be a short little ditty today. I am absolutely exhausted, and this week is going to be a marathon. But even with all the hustle and bustle that we do each day, it is important to stop and say “Thank You” to all of the people that love and support us.

Therefore, I just want to take this time to say a sincere THANK YOU to all of my friends and family that have given me their support because they have believed in me. Even if they don’t fully understand my reasons or think I’m crazy, they stand behind me in everything that I do.

I also want to say THANK YOU to all of my readers and followers. Contrary to popular belief, it is not easy trying to write in today’s crazy Internet world. AAAALLL ABOARD! Yup, this train is leaving the station, and if you want to succeed in the network marketing industry, you need to hop on. Well, these are my top 3 things that you need to be proficient in when it comes to succeeding in the network marketing these days.

As I have said in many past posts, you have to know how to prospect. If you don’t know how to do it, then you need to learn. Buy a course, talk to people that have done it successfully, get on 3 way calls with your upline, etc. If you want to know my personal favorite, Todd Falcone is the guy. You can check him out at his site, but he is one of my very best sources for learning how prospect and constantly stay on your game.

#2. Marketing

This may be a hard one for some to swallow, and it does completely depend on how big you want to become in the network marketing realm. Chances are that you want to make a high four to low five figure per month income at some point. To me, this is getting in the arena of the big boys. If this is true, then you have to learn marketing, specifically Internet marketing. Not to say that you can’t do it with offline techniques, but I would say that ability USUALLY depends on if you have past experience with that trade. Otherwise, stick to learning online marketing.

There are TONS of ways to market online, from blogging, to Search Engine Optimization (SEO), to article marketing, to video marketing, etc, etc. I have many posts on my blog that will help you learn how to do this. My personal recommendation is to watch my video no how to setup a blog. It is dirt cheap, and it will establish your online presence in no time. Then, you can learn how to drive traffic afterwards.

#3. Personal Development

I don’t know of any big name in our business that spends less than 1 hour per day on personal development. Yes, many of you may cringe at the thought of this idea, but if you do, you are wrong. I am telling you that with great certainty. If you are not preparing yourself to think big and discover how to attain those big dreams, then you might as well quit right now. One of my favorite quotes is about thinking. Those that say to themselves, “I can’t afford it” have a poverty mentality and mindset. They will NEVER become wealthy. Those that say to themselves “How CAN I afford it” will be wealthy beyond their wildest dreams. I think that my point here is obvious. Change your mindset, and the rewards will follow.
