Remember that a good diet will help one lose fat but a crash diet will not. It takes time for the fat to be burned off by the body and one should expect it to be a while before they see any real results. Most often, the initial results are psychological more than physical. One of the immediate effects of exercise is usually a euphoria followed by a healthy appetite. Oftentimes, those individuals who take up a new exercise program will find themselves craving better food than normal. When the body is taxed, it demands nutrients, not junk food!
